RENTAL RATES & CONDITIONS

 

Rates include:

• Bed linen and bath towels.

• End-of-stay cleaning and administrative fees.

 

Rates do not include:

• The mandatory tourist tax.

• The €2,000 security deposit, payable one month prior to your arrival.

 

The security deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within 14 days following your departure, after the property inspection has been completed.

We strongly recommend taking out personal liability insurance to cover any damage or breakages that may occur during your stay.

Discounted rates are available for stays of several weeks or one month. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

 

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Arrival: between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm
Late arrival after 8:00 pm (by prior arrangement): additional fee of €60
Departure: before 10:00 am

2027 RATES (per week)

• 27 March to 28 May 2027: €5,000

• 29 May to 25 June 2027: €6,000

• 26 June to 27 August 2027: €7,500

• 28 August to 17 September 2027: €5,500

• 18 September to 29 October 2027: €4,500

 

CONCIERGE SERVICES

Upon request, we can arrange:

• Additional housekeeping during your stay

• Grocery shopping before your arrival

• Electric bike rental
